To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, these are strictly enforced:

- No pets, no animals, no exceptions

- No smoking, no weed, no exceptions

- No parties, or loud music

- Maximum 2 people at all times (no visitors beyond 2-person limit)

- No street parking available after 4pm – garage only (check your vehicle size: max vehicle width 79”, length 205”)

- No shoes indoors – new slippers provided

- Electricity capped at $200/month (rarely exceeded unless AC runs all day 24/7)

- Monthly stays: one-time starter pack supplies provided – guests buy their own consumables after check-in (Toilet Paper, paper towels, soap, detergent, etc.)

CHECK-IN

By appointment only. No self-check-in. No arrivals between 12am–9am. Host gives you a welcome tour.
